2. Online Store Terms

3. Processing & Production Times

  • Many of our products are handmade or customized. Processing times are 4–10 business days after completion of curing or quality steps (e.g., snow globe cups may need to cure for 5–8 days before shipping).

  • Rush processing may be available for an additional fee when offered.

4. Custom Orders & Approvals

  • For personalized items, customers are responsible for reviewing proofs or customization details carefully.

  • Changes requested after production begins may incur additional costs or may not be possible.

5. Shipping

  • We use carriers like USPS or UPS. Shipping times are estimates and do not include production times.

  • Design Mastery Studio is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • Once tracking information is provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are generally final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Customers must notify us within 5 days of delivery with photos of any issues.

  • We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

7. Billing and Account Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, product photos, and content are the intellectual property of Design Mastery Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information without prior notice.

11. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for:
