Thank you for shopping with Design Mastery Studio. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any products once an order has been placed.

  • This applies to all physical, digital, and custom items.

Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at designmasterystudio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  • Approved cases will be handled by offering a replacement or store credit, no monetary refunds will be issued.

Order Accuracy

  • Please double-check all order details (size, color, personalization, shipping address, etc.) before checkout. Since all sales are final, we cannot modify or refund orders once placed.
