Shipping Policy – Design Mastery Studio

Effective Date: September 2025

1. Processing Times

  • Custom & Handmade Items: Many products are made to order. Processing time is 4–10 business days after completion of curing steps (e.g., some snow globe cups must cure for 5–8 days to ensure quality).

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted.

  • Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently ship via USPS and UPS.

  • Rates are calculated at checkout or offered as flat-rate/free shipping promotions as specified on the product page.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout (does not shorten processing time).

3. Domestic Shipping

  • Typical delivery time after shipment is 2–7 business days depending on your location and chosen carrier.

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order is shipped.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package leaves our studio, carrier delays or damage are outside our control.

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  • For damaged items, notify us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship.

6. Combined or Split Shipments

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on processing times and inventory.
